Restoring the whole person.

Dignified and life-affirming medicine for women, men, and children.

At Restore Health and Wellness, we embrace a mission-driven approach to medicine, providing high-quality care to all people, regardless of their life circumstances. We are committed to honoring the dignity of every individual, ensuring patients are truly heard, and fostering a practice where providers demonstrate medical conscience. We believe in the potential for every person to be made whole. We are committed to practicing medicine in the Catholic tradition. We don’t limit our service to Catholics, we serve because we are Catholic.

  • “Dr. Kristan provides well-rounded care for her patients, which we were lucky to have experienced. She helped us with years of unexplained infertility using fertility tracking methods and NAPRO technology. When conventional doctors ran out of appropriate options, Dr. Kristan was able to provide treatment based on our specific cycle. She never gave up on us and continued to provide treatment and prayed for our family. Thanks to her and intercessory prayer, we now have our miracle baby boy. We are truly blessed and grateful for all the care she has provided our family.”

  • “When I took our 13-year-old daughter for a checkup this summer, the doctor asked ‘What do you wear on a bike?’ She replied, ‘A helmet.’ Then he continued, ‘What do you wear in the car?’ She replied, ‘A seatbelt.’ Then he asked, ‘What does your partner wear to prevent STDs and HIV?’ She was surprised … and I was appalled. In the same office, a nurse in training asked our 11-year-old son, ‘Do you have any girlfriends or boyfriends?’ Both interactions required a later conversation with the kids about virtue and a reminder of what is holy. I’m looking forward to transitioning our care to Restore where we share the same values, and parents are respected as the primary educators of their children.”

  • “We are excited to talk with a doctor who is on same page as us when it comes to faith and morals. It’s nice to know that they would not ask us to do anything that goes against the faith. When it comes to our grown children there is someone they can speak to about fertility, who understands both the medical and the faith viewpoints. We can direct our grown children to good advice. The doctors will take their time to understand the patient and not simply prescribe something, truly putting the patient’s interests first.”

  • “We can’t wait until we enroll as patients at Restore.Knowing we have a place to go where we are respected as parents, having the final say about our children, is critical. We look forward to not feeling pressured into medical interventions. We believe they will get to know us as a family, and the different practitioners will work as a team to help each of us comprehensively.”

  • “We recently got married, and the Catholic faith is important to our marriage and how we care for our bodies. We don’t have any children yet, but to go to a doctor who respects what we value and our desires for children is important to both of us. Family life is under attack right now and to be able to have people in the community who value family is super important. To have a health care office that builds family up rather than tears it down is beautiful. The fact that it’s going to be a place where not only our children can get care, but parents can too – we’re looking forward to this. We’ve heard of women coming from all over the state to meet Dr. Kristan. As soon as this new practice catches on in upstate New York … it’s going to be phenomenal.”
