• Hello! My name is Michael Yassick and I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a particular focus on the mental health needs of youth, adolescents, and young adults. I hold a nurse practitioner graduate degree from the University of Rochester, and have worked within several mental health settings including: outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric units, and emergency settings.

My clinical style utilizes a strengths-based approach, which focuses on developing the unique God-given gifts of each person I encounter. It is my hope that our collaborative therapeutic relationship will help you to recognize and utilize those gifts.

Additionally, psychopharmacological treatments can sometimes be a valuable part of the treatment process. We will collaborate and discuss if they might be a helpful option in alleviating distressing symptoms.

I look forward to working together with you!

  • A brief bio for the website, although I’m open to fine tuning as I struggle with these things..

My name is Danielle Ingrassio and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have 10 years of experience working with children and their families, and adults working through a variety of mental health concerns. I have a passion for helping people identify how their unique strengths can help them overcome their current life challenges and I hold a deep appreciation for how our mind, body, and soul are connected to create who we are and who we are striving to be. With many years working with the pediatric population, I am equipped and happy to help individuals going through parenting struggles, new mothers adjusting to parenthood, and other family related challenges.

I look forward to getting to know you!

  • Oftentimes, life can be overwhelming. Whether you are a single person discerning God's purpose in your life, raising a large family without much support, or managing the cascade of emotions living in an increasingly anti-Christian culture, depression, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms can become problematic.  Starting with the assumption that each life has dignity, I see the person beyond the symptoms. I believe suffering can reach into psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions, and the best way to treat any form of suffering is by first acknowledging that these dimensions are all connected. Grace perfects nature, and true mental wellness is part of God's plan for everyone.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience. I work with adults and couples, across a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, and marital discord.

If you are looking for something beyond what secular medicine can offer, I would be humbled and honored to speak with you.
